As a junior consultant on Lutz Rachner's team, Mara Wendker supports organizations in filling high-profile leadership positions and in selecting and developing leaders in the field of management diagnostics. She also assists with Deininger's business development activities.

Mara Wendker completed her Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences and specialized in Human Resources and Organizational Development during her Master's degree. While studying, she worked as a student assistant on implementing a skills development program. After earning her master's degree, she gained international business development experience at SAP in Barcelona before joining Deininger.
