Dr. Kirchmann completed his Ph.D. in Innovation Management with a scholarship and then accepted his first position as an assistant to the executive board at the international industrial and technology group Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). There, he quickly took on entrepreneurial responsibilities and managed an independently operating service company within the group as CEO.
In 1999, he began his executive search career at an international personnel consultancy focused on executive recruitment. Prior to joining Deininger, he worked for a global executive search group headquartered in London, most recently serving as an Executive Global Partner responsible for the “AI Transformation” division and as a Senior Advisor to the Board.
